Understanding the value of workplace inclusion and diversity

On this episode of The Loudmouth Project’s Voices of Reason, Amy Donaldson and Jasen Lee discuss inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Joining us are Sara Jones and Shawn Newell who are collaborators in the Inclusion Experience Project — which helps conduct authentic conversations in the workplace.

The Inclusion Experience Project will function as a series of unique and intentionally designed learning Experiences aimed to elevate the consciousness of leaders for the purpose of driving trust, stimulating growth and building a culture of inclusivity in the workplace.

About the author, Jasen

Jasen is a veteran journalist and broadcaster who began his career in radio. He’s worked in Milwaukee, Springfield, IL and Salt Lake City covering news, politics and sports. He is the co-creator of the Voices of Reason podcast along with Amy Donaldson where they promote civil dialogue and understanding between people of differing views. A Chicago native, Jasen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned a Masters of Professional Communication degree at Weber State University.
